Over the years, Shawn conducted research in the Bible and presented it at his Verse by Verse Teachings (formerly C.A.M.P.U.S.). The evolution that Shawn went through, as seen throughout the HOTM Series’, came full circle in 2024 to present a defense of Mormon individuals and their individual right under The Great News (the term used to describe Shawn’s perspective on faith) to pursue God as they see fit. While he is still heavily critical of Mormonism, and in fact brings arguments about the deep darkness from which the institution is based, he contends that God works in each individual to bring them to Himself.
