Our objective is not to sell books but to get you to read this insider’s perspective of being LDS for forty years and then what it means to be born-again.

Coming up! In just two and a half weeks – our FOURTH ANNUAL Burning Heart 09 – The Big Tent Revival. Join us Saturday, September 5th from 5 to 8 pm for our statewide – even nationwide – ministerial outreach. At five PM we’ll gather together outside, eat, relax, fellowship, and get acquainted and re-acquainted with each other. Invite your neighbors, family and friends. Christians, Mormons, reprobates – whomever. Then around six, we’re going to move into the Big Tent, where Jeremiah’s Fire will lead in a “group worship.” We’ll hear some testimonies and then Adam’s Road (all the way out from Florida) will hit the stage and inspire us with their story through song.

I’ll take the microphone around 7pm and we’ll talk about the ministry, about what the Lord has done, how he has changed entire families, and then we’ll share a message that will introduce or reintroduce Jesus to your lives. You will have an opportunity to receive what He has offered every individual in the world for over two thousand years. We’ll conclude with open water baptisms. Then end in song and a collective time of prayer and worship. We want you there. Come as you are.

Before I invite him on the set, I want to explain a few things. Our ministry, from the start, has been about reaching out to the lost and disaffected – especially those who for whatever reason – cannot assimilate into, ahem, “Mormonism proper.” We believe this is exactly what Jesus did, and for whom He came.

We maintain that Mormonism proper is so concerned with image, they make no place, at all, for the different, the artists, the struggling, the lost and the sinful. Add to this list, Men in white. May I introduce to you, Nick, the Man in White.
