We discussed idolatry’s subtle forms, including making ourselves idols for others, and the importance of seeking God’s validation over human adoration. The teaching highlighted that God’s power is perfected in weakness, as seen in scripture, and challenged traditional views on spiritual and political powers, affirming God’s ultimate authority. The lesson calls for humility and faithfulness, following Jesus’ example, and encourages us to seek God’s glory above all else.
