In a recent teaching, we explored the themes of “Grace and Truth through Jesus Christ” and the importance of having “Eyes to See, Ears to Hear.” Our focus was on Acts chapter 4, where Peter and John preached faith in Jesus Christ at the temple, facing resistance from religious authorities. Despite opposition, many believed, highlighting the power of the spoken word in spreading faith. The teaching also compared the spiritual life to the lifecycle of plants, involving life, death, and rebirth, and acknowledged the suffering faced by those who share Christ’s message. We are encouraged to share Jesus’ message with humility and courage, recognizing it as a shared responsibility among all believers.
