In a recent teaching, we explored the life of the Apostle Peter, tracing his transformation from a fisherman to a key figure in early Christianity. Originally named Simon, Peter was introduced to Jesus by his brother Andrew, which changed his life forever. Known for his passionate nature, Peter’s journey with Jesus began with a miraculous catch of fish, symbolizing faith’s transformative power. Despite moments of profound faith and human frailty, Peter emerged as a steadfast leader after Jesus’ resurrection, committed to spreading the gospel. His epistles offer encouragement and hope, emphasizing faith amidst trials.
